Pico is going to be gearing up for a 22 hour ride to Wichita, Kansas in May. This weekend we competed in the IDC splash at the Ultimate Air Dogs event in NJ, and Pico won the invite to compete at the Incredible Dog Challenge Central Regional.

I love to drive, and I love spending quality time with my satellite radio, but even I had to question the wisdom of trying out for an event that would involve a 44 hour round trip drive, when we’ve got so much else on our plate this year. But, in the end I felt that this was an opportunity that should not be passed up. And, if all goes very well, there might be the possibility of a family reunion at IDC finals in St. Louis!
